The Royal Civil Service Commission of Bhutan, in collaboration with the Hub for Bhutan Studies, is running an annual survey of its public service.
The Civil Service Census was launched 20 October 2026 with Chairperson of the Royal Civil Service Commission, Dasho Tashi Pem, Dasho Karma Wangchuk, and Professor Janine O’Flynn.
